- Structuring of fund regulations
- Elaboration of documents to accompany the listing process of companies in the BOVESPAMAIS segment of B3
- Structuring of participation contracts for Angel Investors and/or invested companies under Complementary Law 155/2017
- Legal structuring of financial investments in companies via alternative forms of fundraising, such as mutual instruments
- Implementation of corporate governance mechanisms related to investment funds, such as in the definition and strategy of suitability, among others
